Q. Do you have a physical outlet in Singapore?
A. To maintain the selling price at an affordable level, we sell our product mainly via our webstore. To serve you better, some of the flavours are available at retail stores conveniently located around the island.

Q. Which flavors are the bestsellers?
A. Our top selling flavours are Cornsoup, Caramel and Double Cheese flavours. Each of the rest of the flavours has its own strong and growing fan base.

Q. Which flavors are suitable for vegetarians?
A. Our popcorn does not contain animal products. As of 15 July 2015 onwards, all the flavours include small amount of milk to enhance the texture and flavour.

Q. How long can the popcorn be kept?
A. For our Classic flavours, the best before period is about 3 months from the time of purchase. For Premium and Deluxe flavours, the period is about 1 month. Once the packing is opened, please re-seal and keep in the refrigerator to keep the freshness and crunchiness and consume the popcorn within 1 week.

Q. Why are the products not vacuumed packed?
A. Starting from July 2015, our popcorn will be packed using new organic preservation and packing technology from Japan. The inert gas in the pack envelops every kernel of popcorn to keep it fresh and crunchy.

Q. Which flavors can be stored in the freezer?
A. Caramel and Double Chocolate can be refrigerated in the freezer, and they taste better and crunchier! The other flavors are suggested to be stored in cool and well ventilated places (below 25 degree).

Q. Is Planet Popcorn HALAL Certified?
A. The following flavours are HALAL certified in Taiwan: (Halal Certicate)
            Classic Flavors: Caramel, Chilli Cheese, Crystal Salted Caramel, Double Cheese, Kimchi, Seaweed, Sizzling Mala.
            Premium Flavours: Double Chocolate, Classic Toffee, Match Toffee, Peanut Butter Chocolate.
            Deluxe Flavours: Almond Hazelnut Chocolate, Strawberry Chocolate.
