The following states the terms and conditions of our delivery service:

• Below is standard delivery fee (unless there is special offered):
  - A $10.00 fee applies for order less than $25.
  - A $7.50 fee applies for order between $25 and $120.
  - Delivery is free for order above $120.
• We currently ship within Singapore only. We do not make delivery to off-shore islands and no-go-zones.
• Delivery time:

  Orders (with full payment) received will be delivered between 1-3 business day.

  Please note that there is no delivery on Sunday, Eve of Public Holidays and on Public Holidays.

• Although we will try our best to deliver your orders within the indicated timeframe, to help ensure the safety of our delivery man, delivery times may be delayed and affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions, or any other unforseen circumstances. Therefore, the indicated delivery timeframe above is an indicative only and not guaranteed.
• The online order payment choices are either via bank transfer or credit card (VISA/MasterCard) or debit cards.
• We are unable to provide a refund, change or cancellation once an order has been confirmed or payment has been made.
• Our delivery service is subject to availability. We reserve the right to reject any order.
